By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to: (a) upload malware or attempt to compromise the Service; (b) attempt to access other users' data; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI features or the job index; (d) use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purposes; (e) attempt to manipulate the AI through prompt injection, jailbreaks, or malicious file content; or (f) post reviews you know to be false or misleading. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the resumes, answers, contacts, notes, offers, and other content you provide (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to analyze your resume, score your fit against job postings, and generate interview feedback). We do not sell your User Content, and we do not use it to train publicly available AI models.

The Service uses AI to run mock interviews and generate feedback, drafts (cover letters, referral messages, application answers), suggestions, and guidance. AI output is labeled or grounded in your real data, but it may still be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and is provided for guidance only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or career advice. Where a draft contains bracketed placeholders, you are responsible for filling them truthfully. You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it, and for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer.

Job listings shown in the Service are real postings collected from employers' own career systems and vetted job boards. We work to keep them fresh and legitimate (freshness windows, dead-link checks, scam filters), but we do not control them: postings can close, change, or contain errors at any time, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability. We are not the employer, a recruiter, or an employment agency, and we make no promise of interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. Applications happen on the employer's own site under the employer's terms. Occupation statistics (employment projections, wages, AI-exposure research) come from cited public datasets and are informational only. Fit scores and analytics are computed from your data and shown with their basis; they are estimates of keyword and skill overlap, not judgments of your worth or guarantees of outcomes.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page in your local currency where available. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card details.

Coaches are independent third parties, not employees or agents of ZorixOS. We facilitate bookings and may collect a platform commission, but we are not responsible for the services coaches provide. A “verified” badge means we checked the coach's identity or credentials at a point in time; it is not an endorsement or guarantee. You may review a session only after it is completed, once per session, and reviews must reflect your honest experience; we may remove reviews that violate these Terms. If you join a coach's cohort with an invite code, you consent to that coach seeing your summary progress (readiness, activity counts, last active) as described in the Privacy Policy; you can leave a cohort at any time, which ends the sharing. Disputes between coaches and clients are between those parties, though we may assist where reasonable.

The optional ZorixOS Copilot extension autofills application forms with your own data and drafts answers for your review. It never submits an application for you: you review every field and press the employer's submit button yourself, and you are responsible for everything you submit. The extension connects with a token you can revoke at any time, communicates only with our servers, and is further described in its own policy at /extension/privacy.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service. Public pages that display computed statistics from our job index may be shared and linked freely.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (for example ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for hiring decisions made by employers, or for employment outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example in-app or by email). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
